STREET  CHILDREN

1. The Substitution of a SITUATION

      Economic crisis, corruption of the State goverment, infringement of the Constitution , International pacts and  UN Organisation Conventions under the rights of a man, have diven the population of Ukraine to spiritual degeneration and poverty. Many state  and sotial organisations which were maked duving last years for job with youth practically do not solve) many problems of youth. Therefore these problems Have turned into chronic diseases. The  state  control is weakened, the youth is neglected. The law-enforcement agencies in a result correct skews, and the agencies of statistics testify that children criminality grows year by year with huge rates. With the government officials knowledge the Teenage and sports clubs, children' centres  are sold and in rent. Children and
 teenagers are compelled to spend their leisure in the street.

2. DEFINITION of STREET CHILDREN
Children refer to this category  owing to poverty, discrimination, bu an oversight, have influences of the surroundings.They spend much Time in the street for street earnings, participations in criminal groupings,drug  addition,etc.
All these children require lawful protection and trusteeship of society.

3. DEFINITION of the RIGHTS of STREET CHILDREN / UNISEF

 · the Right on health and health service \ an item 24 \
 · the Right on the appropriate standard of living \ an item 27 \

  · the Right on protection against sex of operation \ an item 3 \
